1st Queer Creative Coworking Session is TOMORROW!
Do you feel like me in the image above (upset, sad, overwhelmed, frustrated…) when you realize how many things are on your to-do list?
I took the above self portrait in May 2021 as I was processing a lot of difficult emotions. It took me until mid November to finally look through all the images and actually share them on my website.
Those self portraits sat on my hard drive for 6 MONTHS because there were so many images + I was dreading having to look through them all in order to choose my favorites.
I finally did it because I set up a container that included focused time + group accountability.
I invited members of my website to join me live on zoom while we looked through the images, together.
That (seemingly) simple plan made all the difference.
We got through the whole day of images, more than I thought we would accomplish! I dreaded going through hundreds of photos, but having friends there with me helped me go through ALL of them within about an hour!
I’ve done coworking with friends before, but I’ve never offered an organized group session where we can all work on our individual tasks/goals/creations with focused time + group accountability… until now.
The first Queer Creative Coworking session is TOMORROW!
I’d love for you to join us if this sounds like something that would benefit you!
A few more details are below, ALLLLL the details are on the eventbrite page!
Queer Creative Coworking!
Do you have a list of things you want to do, but for whatever reason can’t get around to actually getting them done?
Coworking / body doubling is a process that allows for mindful preparation, a distraction-free environment + group accountability to help us work toward our goals. When we set up focused time on a regular basis, we are more likely to make progress on projects that matter to us.
Itinerary:
-
gathering
- dive in with quick tips + review of community guidelines
- introductions (name, pronouns, intentions/goals for the session)
- somatic practice
- 1 hour of focused work/creation broken up into 2 x 25 minute blocks with an optional 10 minute break in the middle
- journaling +/ writing down plans for next steps
-
sharing our progress
Join us live on zoom!
Wednesdays at 10am EST
January 5th – TOMORROW!

Since you’re a member, you get to join for FREE!
Use code “BLMBR” for your free ticket(s)!This is an experiment! There are only 4 sessions scheduled to see how it goes, so if this sounds like something you’re interested in, join us while you can! I’m not sure if I’ll continue doing them in the future. ❤️

2021 Recap!
I enjoy looking back + seeing all the progress I’ve made over the year. It helps me realize that I did in fact actually do things + work toward my goals.
Sometimes my brain likes to tell me that I’ve done NOTHING + gotten NOTHING accomplished, that I’ve wasted the whole year.
Does your brain do that to you too?
Maybe looking back through your year to see all that you’ve done will benefit you too!

October Virtual Nude Gathering!
VIRTUAL NUDE GATHERING
Saturday, October 9th at 1pm eastern
This is the last virtual nude gathering of 2021!
If you’ve wanted to join but haven’t yet, this is your last chance for a while!
After facilitating 1-3 online events every month for the last year and a half, I am feeling the need to take a break. Don’t worry, I will likely start them back up again in the future and will let you know via my email newsletter when I do!
I’m excited to hang out nude with y’all one last time before taking a break! ❤
We gathered from all over the USA + the world!
Past attendees have included people from across the globe including the USA, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Germany, Netherlands + Australia.
Feedback from nude gatherers:
“Nude gatherings have helped me to recontextualize nudity with a happy, healing family. I’d been feeling some trauma around the sexualization of nudity. I felt warm, welcomed, and cared for after this light hearted session. Community, finding like minded people, playing games and getting to know one another are what I enjoyed most about this experience.”
-Jenna C“Before the gathering started I was very nervous about coming off as awkward, and also worried about how I would feel or react to a “room” full of naked bodies.
After it was over I honestly felt lighter, and slightly liberated. I left the room feeling great. It was very inclusive and affirming. I felt heard and connected with the other participants in a safe, non-sexual way… Which was a first for me!
I think everyone, especially those of us who hold marginalized identities, deserves the opportunity to experience nudity in this context. It can be very healing and beautiful.”
-AD“The somatic part was valuable. I appreciated being able to present my whole body on screen. I’m not an exhibitionist, but I do have body insecurity. Being fully seen and being accepted as I physically am and not judged is validating. Your fears and insecurities are probably based on a misconception of what the event will be like. We aren’t there to gawk at you. We aren’t there for sexual stimulation or arousal.”
-RB“Before the gathering I felt anxious, doubtful, scared, overwhelmed. Afterwards I felt grounded, seen, heard, respected, unashamed, hopeful that society is moving in the right direction.”
-MDNude gatherings are for moving past the societal conditioning that our nude bodies are inherently bad, sexual, or to be consumed by others, and reclaiming them as the magical vessels of life, love, and healing that they are.
If you think your friends would enjoy attending a virtual nude gathering, invite them to join!
I’m really looking forward to gathering with you 💗

September Virtual Nude Gathering!
VIRTUAL NUDE GATHERING
In 2019 I facilitated 3 in-person nude gatherings and knew that I NEEDED to share more of these experiences with others. Then the pandemic happened and in-person events were no longer possible, so I’ve adapted nude gatherings for the virtual realm!!
The first virtual nude gathering went so well that I extended the length of time we’re together!
Several people from the first virtual event mentioned they wished the event would be longer… + I think that’s a wonderful idea!
Instead of 1 hour we gather for 90 minutes!!
