2022 Recap!
I did a 2021 recap last year and was really encouraged by it, so I’m doing another one this year! I have issues with object permanence and it’s easy for me to feel like I’ve done NOTHING, so looking back and writing up the major things that happened and the things that I accomplished is really helpful for me to realize that I did, in fact, DO THINGS!
I created this to help myself realize that I am accomplishing things all the time even though I feel like I haven’t. I did NOT create this to make you feel like you need to compete with me or for you to compare yourself to me. The last thing I want is to make someone else feel bad about themself. Everyone’s life and journey is different, and we are ALL VALID whether or not we accomplished ANYTHING AT ALL. ♥

FREE ARCHIVED BLOG & PHOTOSET

My trip to Philly over the summer was ridiculously productive and I love it! I tend to have cycles of being really creative and productive and then I go through stretches of time when I barely create at all. I’ve been so busy with my new(ish) job at the camera store, going to aerial silks classes twice a week, modeling for figure drawing sessions, spending time at home with Antisocialdisposition, and visiting family over the holidays that I’ve only had a handful of shoots over the past few months. I’ve not modeled much recently, I’ve mostly been photographing others. I’m working on allowing myself to follow my natural currents and cycles and so far I think it’s worked pretty well for me. I realize that I shouldn’t push myself so much to do things that I feel like I SHOULD do when I don’t really feel like doing them. If I just follow the natural flow of my life things tend to work out better. Sometimes it’s a struggle but I’m working on letting go, listening, and allowing. <3
I’m sharing three sets from two different shoots: when I photographed Tiffany Helms & Caitlin Michele in an abandoned building, and when DWL Photo and I found an awesome tunnel. I’ve posted several blogs with sets from my Philly trip already: photos I took of Vex Voir & Luna Dahlia, photos Tiffany Helms & Jeff Waters took of me, other sets taken by DWL Photo, and sets taken by Vinny Kim. I even have a few more sets to share, can you believe it?! I can’t wait to go on another adventure full of exploring new places and creating to my heart’s content!
——————————————
There’s now have a bts location video from my shoot with DWL Photo to watch, along with a 9.5 minute video of me doing yoga in my back yard over the summer (I miss warmth!!!) and a 8 minute timelapse video of me organizing my film (I took my shirt off halfway through haha).

DWL Photo and I went to Fairmount Park in Philly when I was there over the summer and created a ton of amazing images. This set is one of many that I’ll be sharing with you! While we were exploring the park we crossed some railroad tracks (carefully of course) to explore, and found this amazing location. I’ve never modeled in a place quite like this one, and I really enjoyed it. I always delight in having new structures to climb on and create shapes with. I think the compositions and lines that DWL created in this set are stunning. The light couldn’t have been any better: it was perfectly soft and diffused because there were so many clouds. I love how moody the sky looks in some of these. We ended up getting rained on later that morning. =]

Whew! Lots of different videos this week!

I’m pretty much in love with this self portrait set I took in Chicago. I wasn’t always in love with it though. The first time I hastily looked through the photos on my phone I was disappointed by them so I stored them and forgot about them. The shadows just looked way too dark to salvage in the small thumbnails. I stumbled across this set again when I was picking out what I wanted to share with you and now I can’t believe I wasn’t happy with it before! I’m so thankful that I held onto this previously discarded set because it’s a new favorite.
The airbnb we stayed in the majority of the time Antisocialdisposition and I were in Chicago was beautiful. I chose it because it had several windows and so many plants indoors, and I certainly made the right choice! It was even more wonderful in person than the photos I had seen online. I love the nude statue, and the clear chair is definitely an interesting piece of furniture. Of course I had to incorporate those elements into this set!
Enjoy these reclaimed images that have reminded me to always give second chances, and to look deeper into the dark to see the light. <3

New to the video tier is a timelapse video of me doing yoga at the airport with my mom from earlier this year. Check out the sweet crop top I’m wearing, it’s the “Your dick didn’t change me” one from a limited run that Jacs Fishburne had made. =D We definitely had people watching us but I was in the zone so I didn’t notice. My dad told us after we finished!

V and her family
CAPTION FOR THE VIDEO ABOVE:
Hello friends! This week… I guess I’ll tell you what I’m sharing first and then I’ll tell you what’s currently going on for me in my life. This week I’m sharing a photoset (sorry my phone is being funky) that I took of my friend V and her partner and their oldest baby. This was probably I think last year, 2019? Maybe late 2018? I didn’t look at the dates but it wasn’t this year because I’ve not really shot anything this year. Well I have shot like 2 things but it’s not enough for me to say that I’ve made much this year. These photos were taken at V & her partner’s house, and it was so cute because they were just doing like… you know, they were being a family and I was just there to capture some of that and it was wonderful and adorable and also funny and their baby I think he was maybe around a year and she was pregnant with her second baby, well her second baby with this partner. She has an older child that wasn’t there. Yeah so it’s the little family with another little one on the way. It was just fun photos, we didn’t really go into it with any really specific plans, we just wanted to capture their family. Her partner doesn’t model very much but it was really wonderful and adorable to just be with them as a family and just take photos, it was fun.
The video I’m sharing this week is a video I took I think it was last year in the summer, I think it was between the time I went on my road trip and chopped all my hair off, I think. It’s me just doing, nude, doing yoga and intuitive movements, dancing kindof, so it’s just like a nude movement video, which is great.
First look people have… I’m going to share a MASSIVE amount of stuff with first look this week. It’s ALL of the photos from Joshua Tree in summer 2019 when I was on my road trip. Er… all the REST of the photos. I think I’ve already shared all of the other JT photos with me and June St Paul when we shot each other. This is… there are 3 photographers, Moss Von Faustenberg, Ellin Aldana, and Lady River. They all 3 came and we hung out and traipsed around this airbnb that you’ve already seen in the other JT stuff. Airbnb compound basically, it’s a whole bunch of different little airbnbs in this main space. MASSIVE massive. I think just the photos that I’m sharing from Moss are several hundred photos, and that’s just the photos from him, so…. plus the photos from both other photographers and BTS videos. It’s like.. a fuck ton of stuff. Like, a whole lot. A lot a lot. So that’s massive, first look go enjoy those it’s gonna be a whole lot. You’ll have a lot of time to look through it because there’s so much.
I don’t know if you can hear the dogs…. I’m currently in Virginia at my grandmother’s house. This is her giant oak tree that’s in her back yard. Of course that’s where I wanted to be to make this video. It’s quite large. So I didn’t have any plans to travel for Thanksgiving or Christmas because of covid, but my grandmother, I call her Granny so I’m going to call her Granny here because that’s who she is, she’s Granny. Granny got into a car accident on 11/5 and was in the hospital for over a week and is back home now, where I am currently at her house. She’s 89, she before the accident was living by herself and doing her own thing, going to exercise class and getting her hair done, you know, taking care of herself. Since the accident she’s broken several bones, er, she broke several bones during the accident and she’s still recovering and she can’t do all the things that she used to do right now so she needs a lot of help and my 2 aunts and me, we’re all taking turns helping her around the house. She can get around with a walker but she needs a little supervision standing up and getting down and she has a few cracked vertebra in her neck so she has to wear this collar/neck brace thing which is keeping her from sleeping very well because she has to wear it 24/7, so someone has to stay with her through the night because she usually wakes up every hour or two or three. So we have to… she wakes up and wants to get out of bed, half the time she has to pee so we have to help her get to the bathroom. But yeah she needs extra help now so… I didn’t have any plans for traveling during the holidays but I’m here helping out because she needs some help, and I work on my computer so I can work from her house or my house, so I might as well be here to help her out. I did take a covid test right before I came here to make sure that I wasn’t like… having covid and just asymptomatic so I made sure that I was really safe before I came. Got a negative result obviously since I’m here. Just wanted yall to know that I’m not being.. you know… not careful. I’m definitely being careful.
I am thankful that yall are the reason that I am able to work remotely from my computer and yall are the reason that I’m able to help take care of my Granny. If I had a regular 9-5 job I wouldn’t be able to be here to help out. It’s kinda hard since she basically needs attention 24/7 ish. She’s doing really well but she needs help with certain things so you basically have to be here with her the whole time because if she needs to get up you gotta help her out. It’s a 24/7 type of thing and one of my aunts has been here for a few weeks and hasn’t gotten a lot of sleep as you can imagine. The other aunt has been working but she’s a teacher so she’s on her break for school so she’s able to help out more too. The aunt who has been here just left earlier today and is going to be at her house and resting and taking care of her house things and then coming back before I leave. So there’s going to be 2 people here with Granny for the foreseeable future. I’m here this week and then I’m going back home for my birthday and then I’m getting more of my tattoo done early December and then mid-December I’m coming back.
Yeah.. because of yall I’m able to be here and help Granny. That means SO MUCH to me, yall have no idea. I just wanted to say thank you because it means a whole lot that yall are here supporting me and that I can work remotely and help out my Granny and still be able to work because I just need a computer and internet access. So yeah yall are the reason I’m able to do that and I thank you so much. I think that’s all I have to say today. It’s cold but I’m outside because I wanted to be with the oak tree. I remember there used to be a swing that hung from this branch.. that one…. this one. There used to be a swing that hung from that branch and I would swing when I was a kid out here. There used to be a sandbox over here that I would play with my sister. That is their neighbor’s house, that’s my aunt’s house, and then Granny’s house is that way… like… there. So my one aunt is super close, my other aunt lives in Blacksburg which is a couple hours from where my Granny is. But yeah, anyway. Thank you. I love you. I’m so glad you’re here.
CAPTION FOR 2ND VIDEO:
My last video was interrupted by neighbor dog Jay Jay who likes to bark a lot at me. So I’m probably going to cut that out and put this in there so if it’s cut off funky that’s why. It’s kinda startling to have a dog suddenly be barking at you. I’ll see what the video looks like, it might be funny, so I might keep it, but if it’s too startling I might cut out the part where dog’s barking at me. He’s harmless, he’s just very protective and loud. He’s the next door neighbor’s dog…. that’s Jay Jay. That’s all I have to say, I just wanted to do this little video to let you know why the other one was cut off funny. Yes, okay. I love you. Thank you. I’m so thankful that I can be here, so thank you. It’s because of you.

I modeled for Edgar while AD & I were in Chicago for my friend Becca’s wedding. He met us at our airbnb and I showed him around, which didn’t take long because it was a small place but had plenty of different areas to shoot in. We started our shoot in the bathroom, which had a really nice clawfoot bathtub and plenty of natural light. Edgar likes to bring his antique cameras with him for models to pose with. This is perfect for me since I’m a photographer as well as a model so it was fun playing with his beautiful old cameras!
Enjoy this first set from Edgar, I have a few more sets to share with you in the future!

I’ve uploaded a few fun videos for you this week! The first one is a timelapse video of me doing yoga while wearing my Totoro onesie! There’s also 2 new aerial silks videos: straight leg scorpion from third wrap and cross back straddle from triple ankle wraps! Straight leg scorpion is one of my favorite moves because it’s SUPER HARD to do but I am actually kinda good at it! I’ll share the most difficult version of this move with y’all in the next few weeks. There’s also a video of my secret hiding place that I go to when I need some alone time outside. There’s a tree that has fallen over and has created a kind of mini tree cave. I love climbing up in the tree and being surrounded by it. It feels like home.

I’ve been saving this set for a bit because I love it so much. Sometimes I want to hold onto things a little while, I enjoy having solitary time with them before other eyes have a chance to see.
I am close with my sister Gemini, in both age (18 months apart) and relationship (best friends). We don’t get to see each other as much since AD & I moved to a place about 45 minutes away from her and my parents. We used to be 15-20 minutes away. She has gone through a lot in her life in a way that I’ve been fortunate enough to never experience. She is strong, courageous, intuitive, genuine, complicated, unique, and oh so beautiful. I’m lucky to know her, and blessed to call her my sister. <3
We took these self portraits together when we were in San Antonio in March. I love creating with her!
Gemini has been considering starting her own Patreon, I’ll let you know when she has it up and running! She has a kinky side that will definitely show up on her page. You already know this if you follow her on IG, she recently posted some waxplay photos and she loves being an adorable fox (yeah, complete with ears and tail!).
—————————–
Since this is a Gemini appreciation post, I’m sharing a video of her foxing around in two futos. It’s fun to practice shibari on her and she loves it. She’s super cute walking around on her knees, especially when she loses her balance hehehe.
And, just because I feel like it, I’m sharing a backyard yoga timelapse video too! =D

Doubles with Tiffany Helms
CAPTION FOR VIDEO ABOVE:
Hello good morning! Well, morning for you when you see this maybe, it’s not really morning here anymore. I’m really excited about this photoset that I’m sharing with you this week. I took it on my cross country road trip last year like most of the other sets I’ve been sharing recently and will continue to share because I took SO MUCH last year. I have a huge backlog and I’m really glad because I haven’t really made much this year at all and it’s already September.
This photoset that I took last year on my cross country road trip is of a model that I’ve worked with 2 or 3 times before, Tiffany Helms, who is super awesome. I shared a photoset with yall recently of single exposures I took of her, and these are the double exposures that I took. Of course I’m really excited about them because doubles. We took these on Bainbridge Island where she lives outside of Seattle. What all do I want to say about this set? The singles that we took, we took before we took these doubles. We took all the doubles at a second location. The first location was that really cool abandoned spot that I shared with yall recently. This other location wasn’t super far away but we did drive to get to the trailhead for it. It was pretty awesome because there were like… what were they called? There was wild… food of some kind that I’m having trouble… was it blackberries? Was it… NO it was wild cherries! There were wild cherries on the trail that we were snacking on that was so awesome and it was great. On the way to this place where we shot. I don’t exactly know what part of the island we were on? I didn’t.. I wasn’t the driver during this shoot. Tiffany’s partner Jeff Waters was the driver for us and our assistant/lookout. We went to this place that was right next to the water and there was another abandoned building that was different than the abandoned building we previously had been to. We didn’t shoot inside of it but we shot next to and around it. I was most excited about the water and the beachy area because it looked beautiful so we have a lot of photos from that place. I hope my neighbor doing their grass isn’t too loud. I’m gonna get closer so you can hear me better. So yeah it was super fun, I had a good time. Oh yay maybe they’re done! Yeah… it was super awesome. I did the doubles a little bit differently than I usually do… or recently have done. Usually I’ll shoot a whole roll (I mean I kinda did it the same way, but) rewind it, and shoot over it again. Usually the first set of images is all just background images like landscapes and the second set of images I shoot are usually with the model. For these photos I was pretty excited with what we were creating and I actually shot a whole roll of Tiffany, portrait, like closer up mostly of her face. Then I rewound the roll and shot over it all over again with further away, with her more in the landscape. I think they turned out super amazing and I’m very excited about how they look.
I usually did that kind of double where I would double the person in there twice, I usually did that with my medium format camera in the past. I’ve been having some technical issues with that camera for over a year and it’s discouraged me and I haven’t really been using it because of the technical issues. I think I really just need some new batteries, but it takes like 4 batteries. Or 8 or 6? It takes a lot of batteries so I haven’t really shot with my medium format camera in a while. These images I took with 35mm and I haven’t done doubles this way in a long time. I’m very excited and happy with how they turned out, I think they’re incredible. Tiffany is always really easy to work with, she’s a model and photographer so she basically… just tell her your idea and she runs with it. She doesn’t ever really need much direction because she’s excellent at posing, she is one of my pose inspirations. She’s really creative and bendy and I love her funky poses that she sometimes does. I’m really happy with how these turned out. I have the whole photoset to share with you and the BTS video, so look for that! All members have access to all of that.
The first look members I have another photoset that’s self portraits that I took in Utah last summer that I’m sharing with first look. I’m sure you’ll love them, I love them a lot. They were also taken outside of Moab outside of Canyonlands. I’m pretty sure that’s where this set was taken. Yeah, similar to the other sets I’ve shared recently, I took a lot of sets off the side of the road basically. Beacuse the whole place, Utah itself is just fucking gorgeous. The whole state basically, the parts that I’ve been to, Southern Utah, the WHOLE of Southern Utah is very photogenic as you can see in my photos. I’m excited to share all that with you.
In terms of personal stuff recently, I’ve been working with Lior Allay and Roarie Yum on our going behind the scenes, no, going behind the le… why am I tongue tied right now? Probably because I was just on a 4.5 hour video call. GOING BEYOND THE LENS, our project community group, we’ve been working on getting ready for our next event which is Saturday the 19th at 1pm eastern if you want to join, it’ll be about BODY LANGUAGE. I’m pretty excited about this because I think I will also incorporate a little bit of energy medicine in this because it totally relates, because it’s our body. I’m excited about that, it’s something we’re working on. The invitation email went out today, which is Thursday, so if you’re on that list you’ll have already received it by the time this video is released. We’ve been talking about future plans and goals and I’m pretty excited about the stuff we’re working on. I’m so thankful that they’re working with me, both of them, because I greatly admire them and look up to them and really super appreciate all of the things that they have to offer, and the way they move about the world. I just.. they’re both incredible people and I’m so thankful to be able to work with them. It’s been a labor of love creating this community together and figuring out what works best for us and what we need to shift and update. It comes with its own challenges but it’s been incredible and I’m so thankful for everything we’ve been able to do so far and I’m very excited for what will come in the future. We have lots of ideas and I know that time will be needed in order to get to all the things we wanna do. I’m just… we have big plans and dreams and I’m so excited to share it with yall whenever those things actually happen. For now you can join us basically every month for a free event.

That’s all I have to say for today. As you can tell I’m in a better mood right now than I probably was in the last couple videos. I’ve been doing energy medicine yoga pretty much every day for over a week and it has helped tremendously with my feels, my emotions, my stress. I think your September nude yoga video, I think it’s gonna be EM yoga, energy medicine yoga, and I think my mom will join me for it. So… look for that! Coming soon! Yeah that’s all I have to say today, this is already a 10 minute video. I love you so much! Thank you for being here! Each of you are so important to the world and I know that you all have gifts to share and I’m thankful that you’re here and paying attention to me for whatever reason you felt like doing that. It means a lot to me. I love you, thank you, and I’ll see you next week! Bye!

Ahh! Hello, I was walking through the tree and it was lower than I thought it was. I’m happy to be here with you again this week! I just walked through a spiderweb. So of course I want to come outside where it feels good and I can put my feet on the ground. So this week I’m sharing a photoset and behind the scenes video from a photoshoot that I did in southern… central Illinois with Tiffany Nacke. I have shot with her a couple of times before but I was actually going through the town where she lives, her home base, home town, or gonna be really close to it on my cross country road trip last summer. She was basically the first stop that I made. I basically drove from my house to Tiffany Nacke’s house in Illinois in the first day of my trip. I might have slept overnight in my car on the way there, but I think I had my first night at her place. I could look back at my calendar to make sure but… this was the very beginning of my trip. She and I took photos of each other and I did an interview with her which I will hopefully be sharing on my youtube soonish. I have so much content that I don’t know what to do with, I don’t know when to share it, I just get overwhelmed and I’m like “oh, I’m just going to hoard it all to myself” I dont know why I do that. I’m excited to share that photoset with you I think they’re great they’re in her bedroom and she has several cats and a couple of them joined us for the shoot so that was cute and fun. I’m sure you’ll like them, any cat lovers here will be excited about this photoset.
Not much is new for me right now, I’m thinking of all the cool things that I want to do with all the videos that I have, but that just involves me being on a computer doing a lot of video editing, and I haven’t taken a whole lot of time to do that yet. It is on my list of things that I want to work on because I want to get better at video editing and have more short highlight reel type videos for yall and promotional videos I can share on social media. I have so many videos! I have over 2000 videos! Probably more than that, those are just in the paid members section, I have way more that are free! Even just counting the videos that I made every day on my cross country road trip last summer, that are all free. Also if you’re new here and you didn’t know that was available, I’ll put a link in the caption so that you can see all the free stuff of all of my travel photos of all the beautiful landscapes that I saw and all of the videos that I made every day I was on my road trip, those are all available for free. (click here for the massive blog post about it and click here for the free galleries!!!) And if you’re a member and you’re watching this anyway, the photos and videos I made there that are NOT free, you’re a member here, you’ll have access to those really soon because they’re coming out in the next few weeks because I have SO MUCH! So look forward to all of that, I’m excited to share with you.
I’ve had an idea for a fundraiser but it didn’t feel quite right so I haven’t announced it yet, and now I have an even better idea for a fundraiser, like what I want to do with the funds because that’s what was not feeling quite right. I have an even better idea and I’m excited to start fleshing that out more for myself because I think it’s going to be awesome. So keep an eye out for a fundraiser, I’m going to be posting about that hopefully soon. I’m excited and I have some ideas that I would like to flesh out so I don’t want to say too much about it yet because it’s not 100% ready, but it’s on the way.
ALSO another thing that’s on the way! I’m in the process of making a mini ebook of some of my favorite double exposures I’ve taken that involve people and nature (which is most of the double exposures that I take), this is… I think I have maybe 16 pages or so in this book so far, and I think that might be all that I do, but there’s one or two images per page so that’s a lot more than just 16 photos. I’m excited to share those. That ebook will be available for purchase and I’ll be giving the money to some kind of fund, I’m not sure yet, or at least a percentage of it, but if you don’t want to purchase it I’ll have an option for if you’re a member that you can get it for free! I’m going to make a post about it soon because it’s not quite ready but just to give you a quick heads up, if you write a review for your membership through my shop, so if you go to the sale page for the membership while you’re logged in and scroll down, it has a place for you to leave a review. If you leave a review of your membership I’ll send you this mini ebook of my double exposures for free as a thank you for writing the review. So anybody who’s written a review before the ebook comes out, you’re still going to be getting the ebook in your email so even if you do it today and the ebook isn’t ready yet, you’ll get it when it’s ready. Or you can wait til I make a post about it, either way. I think reviews help people to understand the value that I bring with the memberships and it helps bring more people into this community, and it helps me know what you like that I’m doing so I can do more of that! Reviews are awesome, I super appreciate it if you do leave reviews. I’ve had Don write a couple of reviews for me and those have been great, and Doug has also done some reviews in the past too, just not in this way, but he did a write up of a review before back when I was doing patreon. So anybody that wants that double exposure e-book for free I’ll email it to you once it’s done if you’ve written a review, or I’ll have an option for you to purchase it in my store.
I think that’s all I have to say today, because not much has changed since last week. I did have a photoshoot yesterday (Wednesday) but the photos won’t be coming out on my website, they’re just for the model for their OnlyFans. That was really fun, it was actually my first shoot this year of someone else so that was really great, and I’m hoping that we can get together again so that I can take some double exposures of them because I have some film from my trip still for double exposures. I’m very excited, I hope we do it! But yeah the photos we took yesterday are exclusive to their OnlyFans. I shot with Lauren / Portraitmami, their Onlyfans link is HERE.
That’s all I have to say. Thank you so much! I love you and I’ll talk to you again next week!
