FREE! Bathtub self portrait set!
I took this in May 2017 at an airbnb in the mountains of NC.
That airbnb was SO adorable and photogenic! The bathtub is one of the main reasons I chose that particular airbnb on that trip. You may recognize it if you’ve been following me for a while. =] SO MUCH ART came from that weekend, it was the first patron/member sponsored trip I ever took. It feels so incredibly amazing to be able to go somewhere with the intent of making art with no restrictions, just my imagination and my heart.

Red Maple with Celeste Call
Remember the bodypaint photoset of Celeste Call that I shared earlier this month? She took this photoset of me earlier that morning! Celeste is an excellent model AND photographer! She shoots really quickly which is fun and makes for a really exciting shoot because she has so much energy! I grew up with this Red Maple tree in my parents back yard and it was really great incorporating it (and it’s brilliant red color!) in this shoot.CURRENTLY:I’m outside of Sequoia National Forest in Porterville CA at a Panera using their free wifi. It’s SOOOO SLOWWWW but I have to make due with what I can find! All I have to do is get this post all ready for yall this weekend, then I can continue on exploring. I have a lot of other things I’d like to get done, but this is priority and the other stuff can wait til I have a more reliable connection.I had an AMAZING time in Joshua Tree last weekend. Well, technically my airbnb was in Yucca Valley, but it’s neighboring Joshua Tree and more people know about JT than Yucca Valley. Tao Ruspoli owns the airbnb (google him! he’s an amazing artist) and I was able to pose for him in his brand new pool. I finally met and created with Moss Von Faustenberg who is someone I’ve been a fan of for YEARS, and two of his photographer/model friends. I spent a lot of time with my friends Melody and Brooke, and took some photos with Melody on my last morning there. It was a really relaxing and art-filled weekend, which is just what I wanted and needed.

Terrance Smith
I met Terrance through Instagram and he, Antisocialdisposition and I met up at my parents house to make some nude art! AD photographed Terrance inside first, then I photographed him out in the back yard. I used a sheet hanging from a tree limb as a back drop for the first time and I actually really liked the way it came out! And of course I took some photos of him in front of the Magnolia tree… it’s one of my favorite trees and this one is special because it lives in my parents back yard!CURRENTLY:It’s Thursday the 20th and I am in Vegas right now! I didn’t originally plan to even stop through Vegas because I’m honestly not interested in visiting huge cities (SURPRISE! I’d rather be in nature), but my body and mind NEEDED to be somewhere for a couple of days to shower, do laundry, do computer work, and just RELAX, so here I am. I got an airbnb for myself for 2 nights here in Vegas and I have another airbnb for 2 nights in Joshua Tree that I’ll be sharing with a model friend! Until yesterday, it had been a week since I had showered, and two weeks since I slept in a bed that wasn’t in the back of my van. This airbnb is LUXURY! I have a huge bed and a room ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL to myself, I did laundry (omg yay clean sheets!), and I did a lot of emotional work on myself last night. Wow I needed this so badly and didn’t realize it until I did it for myself. I’m so glad I’m listening to my body.When this posts on Saturday I’ll be spending time with OTHER PEOPLE for the first time since the 4th. I’ve been totally on my own for over 2 weeks. I have a group shoot scheduled for Saturday and I’m SO EXCITED!! It’s gonna be wonderful. =]
